Spring 2016, I started working with Teach IT and loved it so much, I stuck around for the 2016-17 school year. Teach IT is a great way to expose young minds to STEM while also showing others it is never too late to learn. My favorite part of Teach IT is watching the kids get excited about what they are learning. I was not exposed to IT at a young age, and it is amazing to watch these students develop skills that I wish I would have known about years ago.

Aside from Teach IT, I am involved with IU Dance Marathon, work at the Office of Overseas Study and a part of IU Women’s Ultimate Frisbee Team. I love getting involved and meeting lots of people, so I am excited for one last fun-filled semester at IU Bloomington.
